UK Delivery
Dispatched within 1-2 working days by Royal Mail with Certificate of Posting obtained or by Courier depending on weight. Goods are packaged with care and accordingly so that your items will arrive to you in satisfactory condition.
If you are ordering advance/pre-order items on site, please expect delivery within 10-14 days or around the release/dispatch date as stated in the item description or under "Items marked (*) "
For items that are found to be out of stock under the pre-order section (when a product has been so popular that the website has not been able to keep up with stock level checks), a refund will be given on that item, with an email to state so. If other items are purchased at the same time and are still in stock, you are still bound to accept these items and will be dispatched within the timeframe stated.
In the rare circumstance that there is a delay, you will be notified immediately.
I cannot be held responsible for any unforeseen delays due to Postal Services; however I will aid all enquiries as much as possible.

Delivery Charges [mainland UK]
Charges are calculated by weight of parcel, plus a little for packaging materials and handling.
It may be a good idea to stock up your Shopping Basket with some everyday crafting essentials to make the most out of your p&p.
P&P starts from just £1.40 for the first 100g to Mainland UK. Should your order require "Abroad" postage, you will be notified with an invoice for the difference (i.e. for Republic of Ireland)
I happily ship abroad to those that have verfified PayPal, Nochex or Google Checkout accounts paid in UK£ sterling.
Contact me listing the items you are interested in and I will calculate postage based on weight and a small handling fee and send you an invoice direct!
If you still order and checkout on this website, a second invoice will be sent to you requesting the P&P difference, plus a small processing fee.
You will need to pay the difference before your items are sent out.

Refund & Returns
I am sure that you will be more than pleased with your purchase since I personally inspect all items wherever possible before dispatching; however, in the unlikely event that you are not satisfied, items can be refunded in full if remained unused and/or unopened and in the same pristine condition as was sent out and are returned within 7 days of being received. I do not take responsibility for any damage which may have been caused by the postal service. In such rare circumstance, I will provide you with the Certificate of Posting number should you wish to carry out your own investigation. You are responsible for payment of returning the item in such a manner that keeps the quality of the goods pristine upon receipt.
Blossom Tree has the right to refuse reimbursement should the above not be honoured.
Replacement
If you decide you do not like the item, please follow the Returns procedure then Order & Pay in the usual way.
